The system is applied to evaluating the abrasion of CNC cutter. Based on the mounting machine on the spot, the system has three functions:

1. Automatic collection of data and AI calculation of axial power and vibration so as to observe the use and life of cutter

2. Showing the immediate statistics on the data center to have the floor men know the operation of machine

3. As soon as the cutter is broken, an immediate report will be sent and tri-color lights will be turned on to decrease the loss of processing and increase the utilization of machine
