The system is used to monitor semi-conductor / industrial machine. Based on the Internet connection, stand-alone, LAN, and WAN can be chosen. The functions are:

1. Automatic collecting information about all monitors and equipment

2. Showing the immediate statistics on the information center to have the floor men know the operation of machine

3. Integrating into other machine in the factory to fulfill the goal of MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
